1. Why do we celebrate Thanksgiving?
2. Write the menu for your family's Thanksgiving Dinner.
3. Make a shopping list of all the things you need
for the dinner.
4. Write the items and show the prices for each item.
Add up all the prices. Show your work.
5. Write how much money your mom gave the cashier.
Draw pictures to show the exact amount of money.
6. Show your work for figuring out the change she received
from the cashier.
7. Paste labels or get pictures to show some of the
items she bought.
8. Make a model or color a large picture of a
turkey.
9. Use play dough and make models of foods you plan
to have for the meal. Put them on a plastic plate .
10. Write a letter to a friend inviting him or her
to your Thanksgiving Dinner. Make sure your letter has an address
, date, greeting , body , closing , and signature. |
