Conch

5 lbs. clean and seasoned conch
1 large onion
1 teaspoon of thyme
2 teaspoons of butter
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons butter 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 c. water
Pressure cook the conch with garlic for 15 minutes, or until tender.  Cut conch into small pieces.  Put the conch in a sauce pan and add the water, lemon juice, thyme, butter, salt, and pepper.  Simmer to taste.
