 Sour Sop Creamy Sweet-Tart Gelatin Dessert

8 T cold water
2 packets unflavored gelatin
2 c whipped cream or Cool whip
3 T lime juice
2/3 c boiling water
2 c sour sop puree

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.  Pour boiling liquid over it,  stirring till dissolved. Combine gelatin mixture and puree in a pot, add sugar and stir over medium heat until dissolved. Cool then add cool whip. Refrigerate until serving.  It tastes refreshing and is an exotic way to serve sour sop.
