Fried Plantain

Ripe plantains (not too soft) 2 cups of cooking oil
Peel plantains and cut in any shape- long, haives, circle, or wedge shape.  Heat skillet with oil over a medium heat. Fry plantains until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel or brown paper. Season if desired.  Eat.
